Mirror of Freedom | 140x110 cm| is available

What if dawn is already here, and you’re just looking from the other side?
“Mirror of Freedom”, 2026
Oil on canvas, 140 × 110 cm
Continuing my Freedom series.
The first painting was about running in circles. The second was about breaking through into the unknown. With this one, I wanted to explore what happens next.
When you’ve finally broken free, stopped, and found yourself alone with your thoughts. You no longer have to run. But you need to figure out who you are now and what you truly want.
Because freedom isn’t just about escape.
It’s about coming face to face with yourself.
And somewhere in the reflection, dawn is already there.
The important thing is to let yourself believe in it.
You can also turn this painting upside down. I love how that changes everything: you’re no longer looking out of the darkness toward dawn, but from dawn back at the night you’ve come through.

I would love for this series to find a home together, with someone who feels this journey, perhaps recognizes something of their own story in it, and understands that freedom is not a single moment, but a transformation.
